WOW! My new leg workout on monday's is killer! Having issues walking like a normal person today. But I strangely love it! :D
The scale had me at 151 this morning! So any weight loss this week is new territory for me. With the changes in my routine, I KNOW it will be a good week! Something exciting... I can wear my wedding rings again! I have not been able to wear them since I was pregnant with my son almost 7 years ago! Last year I looked into getting them resized bigger, but decided to hold off since I knew I was losing weight. The lady at the jewelery store said I would lose a ring size with every 15-20 pounds I lost. I was wearing a size 9 ring and my wedding rings are a size 6.5! What a great feeling! My hubby is happy too. I have been buying cheap fake rings to wear instead of my real ones. Now I can wear my real ones! Who knows... another couple months and they might be too big!!

You are killing it, great work.

I haven't been able to wear my wedding ring for a long time either, hopefully I can in the not too distant future.

    Thanks George!!
Another awesome workout in the books! Looks like I will be increasing weights on some of my arm routine next week. My legs are still torn up from yesterdays workout! It hurts to walk and to sit down and to pretty much MOVE!! I love it!
Tomorrow is chest, back and abs... looking forward to it!

Kachaffeous~ it has been a year and a half. I started my journey March 2009. It hasn't been quick, but it sure has been worth it! I hope you will post an 80 pound loss also! Good luck to you!

    Thanks CA$ON!!
It has been an awesome week! Tonight is my 15 year high school reunion!
My scale had me at 149 this morning!! First I have seen the 140's. Man, i love it! Have I told y'all about this guy called Mastover??? haha... Today I wish I could see him face to face, cause I would give him a giant hug!
Thanks everyone who had read my story in the TSM.
Do I dare say that I still have enough changes to make to warrant another TSM in the future? I think I will be taking some more detailed progress pics and see what happens in the next six months to a year...

Watch out folks, she be wanting a sash and a crown next! LOL
I am kidding. You look great, and if you make more changes to deserve the honor a second time, then go for it!
It was great seeing you guys last night in person after so many years, and am really sad that I will miss out tonight!
Have fun and fill me in on the details.

Too funny! I still have a nice layer of fat covering my muscles. Gonna take some pics that show my arms, abs, legs, flexed and not flexed. I want to see more muscle. I know losing another 20 pounds will make a huge difference and with Aram's help, I know I can look a lot different in six months. Now that I am close to my weight loss goal, it is time to start thinking about seeing all the muscle I have built. I want my skin to look more like shrink wrap around my muscle and not a down comforter. ;)

Trained legs today. Did not feel like it, but pushed through it anyway. I felt better afterwards. I think it is the weather. I strongly dislike the cold and gray days that winter brings. I seriously need to move south.
