Old School Upper body freeweight plan?

    Hey Guys-

    I recall reading on here, sometime in the past (I can't find it with the search) the following: It was a workout plan for 3 times a week that the old-school weightlifter and bodybuilders used to do. Guys like Jack Lalane. I had previously printed it out but now I can't find it.

    All I can remember is it was a 3-day a week thing, with 3 or 4 different techniques each day. One of them involved doing zotman curls. That's all can I can remember.

    Do you guys know what I'm talking about and/or have the workout plan? Thanks in advance, dudes and chicks.

    Use the search tool, try it on zottman curl or Lalane. :tucool:
