So when someone starts eating "right" and doing 5-6 small meals a day is it expected for them to "number 2" more often within a 24 hour time period?

I dont think I'm really eating more fiber. I just eat more often now, smaller meals and I think my metabolism is higher now.

Yup that pretty much sums it up. Your body will adjust slightly so it won't seem so frequent but it's normal what you are describing.

My system bounces around a little. I have been eating totally clean for the last 2.5 weeks, and have had some bouts of constipation. Added some Citrucel and that seemed to do the trick. But yeah, when I initially changed my diet back in the summer, I was a major gas and poop producer!!
