    im in w/ someone around my age and stats

    5'7
    136 lbs in the morning
    around 15-18% body fat... im not sure if i did it right

    I'm looking for someone to keep me on my toes, and keep me motivated. Here's where I'm at now as of Sept 25th. picture

    I'm 27 (practially), 6'2" and 220 lbs. Current goal is to get my 6 pack :) Send me a pm if you want to do a challenge!

    I'm in for a challenge with you, or anybody else that's up for it!

    Stats:

    Height: 5'8
    Age: 28
    Weight: 144 (as of today, currently trying to bulk)
    Bodyfat: ~ 9.5-10%
    Goal: 155, ~ 9-10%, but more importantly, 3 miles in a row in 18 minutes or under!

    Anybody up for a challenge? I'm bulking right now, and will probably continue to bulk until the end October, then start my cutting phase which will probably last until the end of December.

    I'm down for the ultimate cutting challenge. It will end when the six pack is clear or under 10 percent bf.

    I am currently at 178 and 17 percent bf.
    I am 6 feet tall.. waist 33., 21 years old. If anyone is interested please let me know or send me a private message.

    Okay folks... Here's the story. I'm 32, roughly 260 lbs (again, after dropping down to 229 at one point), and looking for a challenge I can shoot for.. Anybody interested, feel free to fire off an email my way. I'll post more "official" stats later when I get home from work. I'm tired of being as big as I am - my 44's are getting way too tight again.

    12 Weeks - Start 2005 with 25 lbs less !!!

    Looking for somebody who is ready to give it all and stay focused :db: during our cutting phase (12 weeks till New Year´s)
    Plan is to eat clean, lift 3x and do cardio 5x a week.

    My goal is to go from 99kg / 218lbs to 88 kg / 193.78 lbs in 12 weeks. This means loosing aroung 1 kg / 2 lbs of fat per week - pretty conservative but healthy!!! :tu:

    no one is really my size here... hmm

    6'2
    250 lbs
    bout 25% body fat (a very educated guesstimate)

    Looking to drop down to 200 by March, 50 lbs in 5 months, 10 per month, 2.5 per week! whose with me!

    Im currently on a strict diet and 5 day a week gym regimen..

    well im not your size but i think we have similar goals..... 5'9 man i'm 331lbs and my body fat is prob 35 or 38%....well if not, anyone else in the same category looking to make a major transformation i challenge YOU!!!!!!!!! :jumping:

    Though I'm not in Austin, I am up for a challenge. I'm almost exactly the same.

    20 (almost 21) years old
    5'7"
    132-136 lbs
    12%-15% BF (I think)

    I'm assuming you are interested in bulking?

    bodyfat somewhere high 20's?
    38 yrs old
    i would like to lose 25lbs on top of the 13lbs that i have already lost, i am planning on doing this over 4 months.

    Looking for a challenge(actually this is more to keep me focused). I think these challenges are a great idea.

    Looking to gain muscle. 12 pounds to be exact.

    I have always had hardgainer/ectomorph tendancies. It is easy for me to lose weight quickly.

    Any other ectomorphs/hardgainers out there training for muscle?
