It's like looking in my family mirror. I've got 4 kids, and it was all the inspiration I ever needed to lose my weight.

I tell ya, it's a GREAT feeling knowing I can run around the arena (where my oldest son plays hockey) chasing my daughter and having HER be the one to get tired first.

Has your wife joined in on your fatloss with you?

Keep up the good work, and I hope you stick with this lifestyle. Lucky for you, you'll need to stay on this kick for the rest of your life. :)

Awesome work!!!! When you are at the gym lift a 50lb dumbell. You won't believe you were carrying that around. Congrats!!!! Can't wait to see your pictures in 6 months or so.

Excellent job! I know what you mean when you say, "its an improvement but its not quite where I want to be yet" as I feel the same way. Keep up the work and you'll be there in no time! You didn't gain it overnight.. and sadly its not gonna go away overnight. You've come this far though so I am sure you'll get to your goals in time.

She's tried, bu it's a bit harder for the ladies.... When they try to change with a male (my wife anyway), it is easy for them to become discouraged as we tend to lose the weight a bit faster. She will have to do it when she is ready.....

WOW! :claphigh: If I could, I'd give you a standing ovation. Your progress is remarkable an inspirational. Your kids will no doubt appreciate what you've done for them - by dedicating yourself to fitness you'll be able to be more active in their lives, and you'll be around longer to experience life with them. Heroic by my definition.

Look at the difference in your face! You're suddenly 10 years younger!

    Keep up the good work!

Don't worry about what you used to look like that is gone,
know that when you get to where you want to go you will look better.
Plus you will be around longer for your kids and grand kids to enjoy.

Wow.. you've done a tremendous job so far. Your face has really thinned out from your before to your current picture. You look a lot more healthy and you have to feel healthier too! I have no doubts that you'll get down to your old weight, but will have packed on a lot more muscle. Your 'old self' wont be your target, as you'll be lookin better!
Cute kids! You'll have to start bench pressing them & doing pushups on your back! :D Keep eating clean & working out hard, and you'll be there.. at this rate soon! :tu:
