    Had to wait 12 hours to beat myself up for missing this morning's session but I made it count!! :evil:

    Awesome intense painful 40 min. sprint based HIIT

    11 down - half way.

    Will13--way to go. I'm at the halfway point, as well--and I'm .6 pounds away from my weight loss goal for the month, with two weeks to go!

    Weights session today.

    12 down.

    My weights in now only .4 down after being -3 over a week ago - something went wrong at the weekend (perhaps the 10 beers and demolition of Macdonalds in the middle of the night on Friday?!?) but we'll see, I think a lot of it is water weight, Friday is normally my light day of the week so perhaps I still have a chance of making the grade!

    Awesome effort on your weight jdb - I think you'd better set yourself a new target at the half way point!!

    Weight - minus 4 lbs (either the scale or my body were off kilter yesterday)

    Bootcamp today - made a mockery of my sprint sessions hence they must remain in their own category - they do not deserve to be termed an adequate replacement for the agony I went through this morning!

    Weight - minus 5 lbs

    My turn to miss one. Had a late-night call to resolve a technical issue at work, was up from about midnight to 2:30. I was NOT getting up for training at 4:30AM after that. And I had a rehearsal last night, so working out after work wasn't really an option. Oh, well...I think my body needed the day off, anyway; I wasn't feeling great the day before yesterday.

    Today I was back at the Y.

    Today's workout (60 minutes cardio): done.

    Jdb - I know exactly how you feel - it's only the sleep that could make me miss a workout - drawback of working out at the crack of dawn! Good response though! What do you do for your 60mins cardio?

    Caught up today - did an extra workout to make up for the one I missed on Wednesday - cardio & strength:

    - 2.25 mile run
    - Rope climb (16', arms only, L-sit)
    - Push-ups (3x12)
    - Crunches (3x12)

    I enjoyed yesterday's impromptu run so much, I did another one today. Now I'm ahead of my total for the month, so I may as well up the goal by 1:

    Ugh. TERRIBLE night for sleeping Sunday. Missed yesterday's workout. I'm going back to my original goal of 22 workouts. Good thing I had that bonus workout last weekend.

    I did get today's workout in, though (60 minutes on the ellipticali for 1000+ calories), and I've already passed my 6.0 lb weight loss goal for the month, with 6 workouts to go!

    Slightly lost track here but.....no excuses, but I like my reasons!

    Missed Monday's Bootcamp because....my wife and I had to pick a city in America to move to in the space of one afternoon - literally any city with an international and domestic hub for her job relocation - so we had to go to the pub and drink our way through the decision....we also had Monday off for a national holiday out here hence no chance of being up at 5.30am. Weak but i'm over it!

    Last night, I could not get to sleep again after the long weekend wrecked my sleep pattern and I could not clear my head - remember it being 3am - so alarm went off at 5.30am and I ignored it - but.....30 mins later woke up again full of guilt and hit the treadmill for 4 miles in 30 mins inc. a 6.50 3rd mile so I hope this makes up for that one.

    Weights - 8 (inc. 3 deadlift)

    Slotted in a 10 minute row and intense 20 min back circuit this evening.

    Bootcamp - 4

    4 mile run - 1
    Weights - 9 (inc. 3 deadlift)
    Total - 19
    Weight - minus 6 lbs

    There will be a missed 'weights' session on Friday too....as I just got persuaded to have a final run out for Abu before I lave the desert - rugby was not supposed to be on the cards but 80 mins of that plus 30 mins warm up will beat the hell out of any of the 19 sessions so far this month!

    I finally made it out of bed at 5.30am for the first time this week and it was well worth it. Managed a new PB of 6.40 for the mile this morning, down 22 secs this month so thanks in part to Jdb-44 as I doubt I would have been so racked with guilt for missing a session to go out and punish myself with extra running - clearly paid off!

    Weights - 9 (inc. 3 deadlift)
