No missed workouts in September

    Anyone want to join in?

    Here's how it works:

    1. List some general goals for the month (lbs. lost, inches lost, BF% change, 1RM, whatever)

    2. Decide how many times you will work out in September.

    3. Report back here as you complete each workout.

    Here's mine:

    Lose 6 pounds by the end of the month.

    Workouts planned for the month: 22 (Mon-Fri.)
    Workouts planned to date/completed: 1/1
    Workouts to go: 21

    Anyone can join at any time--good luck!

    September Challenges

    Bootcamps - 12
    Weights sessions - 10
    (inc Deadlift - 5)
    Weight loss - 10lbs (237 at start)
    Waist - down 2 inches
    Mile time - 6.30 (7.02 at start)

    Thurs 3/9
    Bootcamp: 2/2
    Weight: -2lb

    next week is going to be tricky...in Cairo Sunday to Wednesday so no bootcamp Mon or Wed...and I land back in Dubai at 1.20am so max. 3 1/2 hrs sleep if I want to make bootcamp on Thursday! Will be an interesting test of this challenge. If I sleep on the flight I'll go....if I don't I won't!
    Will have to bootcamp myself on Mon and Wed to keep up my 100%!

    Sprint training 1/1
    (these will have to replace 3 of my bootcamps as I am in Cairo all week but I promise to myself that I destroyed myself admirably!! I have scoped out the hotel grounds on a previous visit and they are perfect for this type of training.)

    Need to Bootcamp and Deadlift tomorrow to keep on track!

    Anger - weakness!

    I missed one! :(

    I could not get to sleep last night, haven't had this problem for a long time but the last time I remember seeing was 2am and the alarm went off at 5.30am for bootcamp - I snoozed twice and then reset it to 7.30am. I am so annoyed with myself, annoyed at not being able to get to sleep..... I will make up for it tonight with my own session but it's not the same, it's not the point of this challenge either. :nono:

    Don't be too hard on yourself. It took me several tries last year and this year to get through the month without missing any workouts. There's still nothing wrong with a .975 batting average!
