No Missed Workouts in March

    Friday: workout of back, legs and core work done.

    Saturday missed my workout but I helped a buddy move all day so I got a form of a workout :lol:

    Monday: workout of chest, back and core work done.

    I'm still lagging 1 workout behind schedule (couldn't stick 1 extra workout on sunday, because of being tired from saturday football) :( 6/7

    I missed sunday and yesterday's workout. I've been extremely sick the last couple days so I've been couch surfing and sleeping trying to get better.

    I finally managed to complete 1 extra workout for march 8 th, so I'm 12/12 with 1 workout to go!

    Workouts completed/scheduled: 16/16
    Workouts to go: 0!

    Finally finished a month without missing any workouts! Also...I met my goals of increasing measurements.
