A lot of us were inspired by (and had fun with!) the December challenge...anybody up for another? Here's how I suggest we start: post the number of workouts you plan on doing in January, and every time you complete one, make another entry reminding us (and yourself!) as to how far you've come! If you like, add a goal for the end of the month. For example, pounds or inches lost; maximum lift; arm size; or whatever you want. Here's mine: I plan on working out 21 times this month (Mon-Fri each week, excluding New Year's Day). End-of-month goal: Lose 5 more pounds of fat and 1.5 inches around the waist. Today's workout (weights and cardio): done. Workouts complete: 1/1 Workouts to go: 20 Come join the fun! Good luck, everybody!
