No Missed Workouts in February

    Congratulations to everyone who participated in the January thread. Let's do it again in February!

    My goals for the month:

    20 workouts (Monday-Friday)
    5 more pounds lost
    1-2% BF lost
    Waistline below 33"

    Goal: Lose 3 percent more body fat.
