Today's cardio workout - done.
That makes me 18/21 for the month, with 1 more workout to go.
I completed my last workout this month today. The workout on monday - check.
I missed 2 workouts this month due to illness.
I pulled a really stupid trick last night; I forgot to set my alarm for the morning workout. I haven't done that in a long time.
So, no workout for me. I did 18 out of my goal 22 workouts this month - missed 3 for illness, and 1 for stupidity.
On a positive note, even though I didn't eat perfectly, I ate and exercised well enough to surpass my weight loss goal for the month. I was hoping to drop 6 pounds, and I actually lost about a little over 9.
Great job, everyone! Remember, when all of the Christmas cookie-munching, eggnog-swilling, couch potato "victims" of December drag themselves into the gym in January (if they manage to), bemoaning the fact that they've got to undo a month or so of UNfitness, we will be cruising along, feeling both physically and mentally in the game!
Let's use our successes of December as a springboard into the months to come! Have a Happy New Year!
