Hey, is it too late to join?
I had slacked off for a couple of months due to vacation, illness, and Thanksgiving (yum) and really needed to get back into things.
My goal was to not miss any workouts in December, and so far I'm 6 for 6! I do the following:
M/W/F - Weights (30 min) and cardio (30 min)
T/TH - Cardio only (60 minutes)
It never fails that there are holidays in months when I'm trying to get back into the swing of things--so I'll have to modify things around Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
I haven't missed a workout yet. Worked out so far December 1, 4, 5, 7, and today, the 8th.
This one's for you TooMuch: Got my workout in today! 1/3 for the month so far.
I must not embarass myself and go to the gym tomorrow for my planned workout!
...is in the books. Did 60 minutes of cardio on the elliptical this morning...about 1200 calories burned!
I'm 7 for 7 in December. I've done all my scheduled workouts so far. 16 more to go.
grrr....today was the first time back in the gym since last Thursday. Missed all last weekend due to a gout flare-up. (i swear i'm not 80.)
But I hit it hard today and hopefully won't miss another this month!
Today's workout: done.

Thursday's cardio workout: done.

Friday's weights + cardio workout: done.
I'm 10 for 10 in December. I've done all my scheduled workouts so far. 13 more to go.
Well, I haven't technically stayed on plan, as I've been trying to calibrate how much recovery time I need. I did cardio yesterday and pushed back a lift until session today since I felt like I needed another day of recover. And it worked well. Got a deadlift pr of 195 lbs.
So in my heart of hearts I think I'm still in.
All three workouts this week completed!
Fridays workout was good! New workout for Sunday to come.
