No Missed Workouts in December

    I want to start another challenge. I don't care what you eat during December since I'm sure it will be hard to be 100% during this month, but I just wanted to get back to going to the gym and working out no matter what. Going late, going early, doing whatever it takes to get the workout in... That's what I want to get back to. I will try to work on diet to, but I think once I manage to get back into a routine again that will follow. The challenge starts December 1s 2008.

    Just post how many days per week you will be working out and what days and post on those days that you did your workout. Goal is to do whatever it takes to get those workouts in. 100% accuracy.

    I will be working out 4 days per week. Sat, Sun, Tue, Thurs.

    This is a nice challenge, especially since the holidays are coming up again.

    I'm in.

    I'll be working out at least five days a week.

    i'm in too!! this is the perfect challenge to finish out the year.

    wieghts 3 days a week for me. not set days. i'll start my week on mondays... so 3 workouts before sunday night.

    Nice challenge. My workout dates don't fall on particular days of the week. They run A, B, rest, C, A, rest, A,B, rest, C, A, etc. But at the start I have to be away two days in a row, so I'm not sure what i"ll do then. There's a gym at my hotel, so I may be okay. Anyway, that's my only caveat.

    I'm in.

    Sounds like a plan - count me in.

    6 days cardio + 3 days lifting

    Sunday off.

    OK. I'll jump in now, but have to start with my Wednesday workout. I'll be lifting M,W,F each week.

    Welcome Croz, TooMuch, and BT719! Today is my day off for Workouts, so my real challenge starts tomorrow! Good luck everyone.

    Forgot to post yesterday! But did my complete workouts both yesterday and today.

    Lifting and Cardio complete for the day. I switched to HIIT this week and it's kickin my ass!

    But finished though :)

    I missed my last workout. So I'm still 1/16. I'll have to push through and get today's workout done. Just a little cold never stopped anybody!

    I am down! 2 times a week for legs and then back up to 3 times per week. :tucool:
