I want to start another challenge. I don't care what you eat during December since I'm sure it will be hard to be 100% during this month, but I just wanted to get back to going to the gym and working out no matter what. Going late, going early, doing whatever it takes to get the workout in... That's what I want to get back to. I will try to work on diet to, but I think once I manage to get back into a routine again that will follow. The challenge starts December 1s 2008. Just post how many days per week you will be working out and what days and post on those days that you did your workout. Goal is to do whatever it takes to get those workouts in. 100% accuracy. I will be working out 4 days per week. Sat, Sun, Tue, Thurs.
