New workout

    Me and LarryNC as you know him( if you do ;) ) have a new workout plan. I just wanted to post it and get some feed-back :D


    Every day= two 45 min walks one before breakfast the 2nd after dinner, 7 days a week( not gonna include this in the rest of the days to save me from typing a realy long post)

    Monday= Gym; Back,biceps and forarms. We do 2-3 workouts per area

    Tuesday= "Fun" cardio Bowling, swimming in friends pool ect

    Wednesday= triceps, delts, traps and pecs, 2-3 workouts for each area

    Thursday= Fun cardio

    Friday= Legs and abs 4-5 workouts for each area

    Saturday & Sunday=Fun cardio

    Any of these days could inclue a "Fun" cardio just we have some set days :D Please dont be afraid to criticize or give suggestions :)

    Yeah, maybe swole or someone can check it out and tell us if anything need to change, please? :cool:

    Anyone can reply, just cuse swole knows alot dosnt mean other people dont know alot too, if you read other threads some find it rude to ask just one person, larry your a noob ;)

    I assume that this workout is meant to burn fat, given the chosen forum.

    Walking twice a day for 45 minutes will surely burn fat, as long as you keep your energy intake within reasonable limits. Personally, I like to include at least one higher intensity cardio session a week, to really get my heart going.

    So you're going to do 90 minutes of cardio on 4 days and over two hours of cardio on 3 days? Wow, that's a heck of a lot. Good job. Make sure you're walking briskly.

    me and larry also decided to swim for 20 mins at the gym after we work out :) massive pound shedding coming up :)

    What do you mean workout for each area? sets for body part, as in 2-3 sets for triceps of one exercise, or 2-3 exercises for triceps for a number of sets?

    RTE: I'm guessing the latter...the former wouldn't make much sense
