new routine needed I'm bored and not seeing great results

    wow, you almost forget what happens when you take a week off.

    chest, shoulders and thighs are killing me.

    Here are week 2 and 3 (the 10 reps weeks). I'm sorry that you get parts of the routine now and then. I'll get around to posting the rest of it after the weekend.

    Thanks, Unfortunately I haven't put in a full week work out in over two weeks. I quit my job and started a new company. Life is a little busy and I'm full of excuses.
