Actually, finally got to see the video. Dial-up at home is infinitely slow. Is that like a rolled up towel under the small of the back?

    How's that on your back?

i like this routine. it's quick and painful :)
I'd like to see all six weeks. and beyond.

i'm more tired after this brief workout than my normal 3 exercises of 3 sets of 6 reps for 2 body parts each day.

You owe me a big thank you! J/K. Hope this works out well!
First week of 5 reps might feel pretty light, but it's supposed to be that way.
    Post pics, okay? GL!

    What I want? Nothing!
It didn't take too long to get the numbers in pounds.
Remember to take a week off after six weeks. Also remember a 5min warm up on an exercise bike or something similar.

    Well, I've started week 2.

Nice work out. Weights made it little tough to push the 10's but I felt good about my work out.

Legs should kick my butt tomorrow. Jrs I can only do Leg press at the gym in the afternoons. Can I get numbers for either extensions, curls. I can do the lunges, curls, and extensions on my home gym. I've thrown calf raises into my leg days.

    Again, thank you

Yes, I have a smith machine. But I've never really been able to do much weight with 'em.

Leg extesions are isolation exercises, while squats and leg press includes more muscle groups.
What do you think is your 10RM on squats? Or extensions, if you choose them?
