    It's fantastic. Basically it helps prevent lactic acid burn, and it alleviates the burn faster after hard efforts. It also helps with recovery. I take 4 capsules before long rides and/or hard rides, and 4 more every 2-3 hours.

    Also, read the reviews on Amazon for some real-world testimonials. Lots of runners love this stuff.
