Hi, I´m 6 years into working out and trying to achieve a good body, which I think I have. I have a good metabolism, and all my life have been a skinny guy, but lately I´ve been struggling with certain personal manners, and have become skinnier than usual. My height is 1,68 cm. (5,51 ft.) and weight 65 kg. (143,3 lb.) but I have a good lean mass, but notice my body smaller than usual, I believe due to this unwanted weight loss. If you guys are kind enough to recommend me a good training routine and/or diet in order to gain up to 70/75 kg (161 lb.), that would be great, and summer is comming much appreciated.
