need a workout rutine

    I nedd help, I am a 150 pound female, my main goal is to loose 20-25 pounds and mantein my muscle, I do not want to increase muscle, my goal as I said is loose fat.
    What kind of weigh program should I do?, how many times? what exercises?
    I am currently doing cardio 4 times a week, for 40 minutes, but regarding weigh training I dont really now what I am doing.
    Please help!!!

    Have you read the sticky threads in the newbie and fat loss forums? What sort of cardio are you doing? What sort of weights do you have access to? What are your goals?

    Here's some additional reading to get you started!

    I'm sure many members will be happy to help you with more specific questions. :gl:
