    Some of my max reps. Can't list complete form as Aram would destroy me ! These are my high out of 5 sets.

    Squat:
    1 x 8 155 pds max


    I made it through the full 8 reps on the 155 load so I believe I will increase weight by 5 or 10 next time.

    Leg extension:
    1 x 8: 135 pds max


    Quad curl:
    1 x 8: 130?


    Seated raise:

    2 x 10: 160 pds

    It's so amazing to jump up for a rebound or go up for a layup and be shocked at the power and height I go up with. After these 2 months of weight training, I am so much more explosive going up. Some basketball buddies even nicknamed me "lapband" for a day after seeing how much weight I lost after not seeing them in 3 weeks LOL! All in good vibes, made me feel good. I'm down to about 18% body fat. I'm excited to hit my goal of 15% body fat within the next 2-3 months. I can't even imagine how explosive I'll be by then. Cant wait.

    Again I'm no pro but I would say that cardio would really, really help you both in terms of weight loss and sports endurance. If you don't have the time and you weight train 3 or 4 times a week then try Supersetting your weight routine - that would give you the cardio you'd need.

    Thanks :) I have added cardio to my routine. Hope this will not plateua me in any way.

    Finals almost over so I hope to go mega hardcore. I'll have time to really make that final push to a lower body fat %.
