My mass gain diet

    7.00 MEAL 1: 300ml egg whites
    100g rolled oats (with 1 tsp of honey to taste)
    30g walnuts
    3 fish oil caps

    9.00 MEAL 2:
    1 protein drink
    1 large banana

    12.00 MEAL 3: 200g turkey breast
    100g brown rice
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup broccoli

    3.00 MEAL 4:
    1 protein drink
    100g rolled oats

    6.00 MEAL 5: 200g lean ground beef
    2 plain medium baked potatoes
    1 cup broccoli

    9.00 MEAL 6:
    200g salmon fillet with spinach
    1 baked potato

    Does this look good for 180lbs bulking diet?
