My Macro's for Cutting

    Too much carbs, too little protein.

    At 262 lbs, you should probably have at least 175g protein.

    Replace half of the bagel with breakfast with an additional four egg whites. Cut out half of the rice with lunch. And add some kind of protein shake for an additional snack (ideally post workout).

    Make those changes and post the numbers again and I think you will be closer to what you probably want.

    hey,
    thanks for the reply!

    im learning in all of this. Using the IIFYM website it recommended those values so I tried to come up with a meal plan to match! I was a little dubious about the values myself to be honest.

    Going to have a go with

    230 carbs
    175 protein
    55 fat

    how does that sound?
