My lean bulking diet

    Currently I weight 80kg and my height is 1,75m

    Here is my diet:

    7am protein shake with 100grams oats 3 eggs
    10am chicken breast and rice and broccolli
    1pm 2-3 tilapia fillets or chicken breast rice and broccolli
    4pm lean beef rice and broccolli
    after i train protein shake with 80 grams oats
    9pm 200g salmon and vegetables

    You do need some fats in there.

    Maybe a scoop of natty peanut butter in one of your servings of oats...:drool:

    Or my favorite way to get fats....cheese...

    Yes, definetely. Fats are very important even if your bulk is ''clean''. Im on a cut and i have 2tbp Pb, if i was on a bulk... i would have much more! :lol:
