Finally joined one of the local gyms, last week. but only for cardio.
Been using treadmill & rowing machine. Did a sculpting class last night, yeesh! I'm sorer this morning than I've been in months.

These are pictures of my home gym where I concentrate on my body building side of transformation.

I like that dumbbell rack. Looks like you've got a tight space, but nice setup.

    It is a tiny space.

I'm in the a very small living room.

Between the dumbell rack and the gym is the front door.

Actually the bench is normally in the Gym, I slide it out of the way when doing up right rows. (that's when I took the picture).

When company comes over I slide the bench bar up to the squate position and use it as a coat rack. Very convienent

Other than the tight space it looks pretty good.

thanks, probably have close to $1000 in purchases over the past 3 years stuffed into my living room. My wife is so pleased. Want to get a new bench that isn't as awkard. using an old stand alone bench for my smith machine. it still has the upright, which get in the way.

Hey! I really like the first machine you got there! It has the attachments I need, the lat pulldown and the squat station. If you don't mind, what did you spend on it and where did you get it? I really need something like that for my workouts! I currently can not do squats and have been doing deadlifts and hack squats...

    Thanks!

I paid $350 at "Play it Again Sports". New.

I wouldn't do squats until I got it.

That isn't a bad price at all.... Nothing local around here has anything quite like that
