My Cutting Routine

    Weight 164lbs


    Here is what I ate today..Plus I rode the stationary bike 10 miles this morning and I don't feel tired tonight. And will run 45 minutes in the morning on my treadmill..

    280 calorie breakfast..Apple..Atkins bar..

    350 Calorie lunch...Chicken Breast 1/2 bag brown rice..touch butter..marinade sauce..

    431 calorie 3pm...tuna melody in low carb wrap...dark choclate
    1,061..

    500 calorie supper...Oscar Meyer deli flatbread sandwich..Atkins bar..1 dark choclate..

    Well heres todays meal..I didn't run this morning but mowed all day long..Tomorrow morning I will run anther 45 minutes..Before I eat I do this..I also talke a one a day multi and fish oil supplement..That eat I don't like vegtables much other than bake potato...I used to 250..Right now I am around 165..I will weigh again in the morning after the run..I also hit the weights heavy a couple times a week..

    311 Calorie 7:45 Breakfast...Egg in low carb wrap..Atkins bar

    400 calories estimate...Sliced chicken 3/4 bag brown rice..

    80 calories 2pm Apple...

    240 calories 3:30 Atkins bar 3 p dark choclate..

    360 calorie 5:30 supper tuna melody low carb wrap..2 p choclate

    Well ran 5 miles on empty stomach this morning..Burned like 630 calories and I am starting to feel a little weaker now at night..Down to 162 after the run..I was around 165 when I started posting the diet routine..I have stayed between 158 and 170 for the last several years after coming down from 240 plus.. I could mix it up a little more but am just buying the same food at walmart each week..I don't think I should do cardio in the morning but maybe just hit the weights tomorrow evening....

    400 calorie lunch...Chicken Breast 1/2... .bag brown rice..Bannana

    Didn't do the cardio this morning but am gonna hit the treadmill in the morning..I lifted tonight however..Heres the diet today I need to add the 3 fish oil pills I take each day which would be aROUND 30 calories.
    so I think all these are plus or minus 100 calories but it is close estimate..

    How often are you lifting weights? You seem to be doing an awful lot of aerobic!

    I lift pretty heavy 2 to 3 times a week..I have a set of 50s and 40s I use together for most exercises...Not a big lifter..I do enjoy running more than anything..This is not a lot for me..If I was eating normally I would be running even more. But with my calories down to cut this more than enough just trying to speed it up a little bit.

    I usually run a 10k (6.2 miles) once every week or so on a treadmill..Got it down to 43 minutes..I would like to improve on that..So I may work on that speed goal once my weight is little bit lower..

    I use to weigh 250..

    Thanks man..I am slowing down a little now..I feel good though..Just the cardio in the morning will take its toll with this diet..Right now I am 159lbs..Still coming down I'll have another update tonight....
