Wanted to start this last December, when I began going to the gym, but forgot. I was 92.5 kgs then and lost about 6 kg since then. I am 86.5 as of yesterday. My goals are 85, 80 and 75 kgs now, maybe I'll go for 70.
The reason I want to lose weight is that I want to run a marathon again, and it will probably happen this november, so I gotta be lean and mean by then
I ran a half marathon last december but was too slow due to weight.
Right now I go to the gym 3 times a week and play soccer once a week, which gives me plenty of exercise. I also changed the way I eat. I try to eat clean, don't have sugar or sweets.
    I plan to hit 85 in 2 weeks. :bb::eat:

Good news is that I hit 86 kg yesterday. :tu:
Bad news is that I injured my rib or something. Movement is really difficult now. I'll see how it goes this weekend, maybe train just arms/shoulders and legs. If the pain stays I'll go to a doctor next week :gl:

Rib pain was not so bad yesterday, so I went to the gym and trained arms/shoulders. Weight went down a pound, so that was good.

Glad you're feeling better. What marathon are you thinking of running in November?

Didn't feel like working out yesterday, but went to the gym anyway and trained LEGS. Today was volleyball and I'll play soccer tomorrow. It's just the way I love it: when there is a lot of activity going on :claphigh: Also I'm close to 85 kg weight milestone, which is motivating.

    Rib feels much better :jumping:

Indulged a little bit on last week's holidays, and weight went a half kilogram up. It was almost back to normal yesterday at 85.1 kg.

Right now I settled on this training schedule:

    Sunday: rest.
    Monday: rest.
    Tuesday: chest and triceps.
    Wednesday: soccer practice.
    Thursday: rest.
    Friday: legs and shoulders.
    Saturday: soccer practice.

Another milestone reached today: 84 kg body weight! :claphigh:
It seems that it takes 3 weeks to lose 1 kg for me. I'll take it.
I could tweak my diet, however. Switch from eating 3 times a day to 4 or 5. This would speed things up I think.

    Congrats on another milestone.

You may want to try the change in meal frequency. Some people do better with more frequent meals others do better on less. You need to find what works for you while keeping total calories in check.

Hit the 82.5 kg body weight today. That's 10 kg/22 pounds loss since december.
