Well I had my introduction to music... With 80's rock. I guess the only time I started really aquiring my real music taste started with the 90's grunge rock scene.

My music collection nowadays involves everything.. I have everything from rap to nu metal to techno to country, and I find the more music I listen to the more I'm pushed towards electronic, not neccesarily what you hear in a club but real electronic.

Anyways if you wanna hear something new 2 of the top songs I'd like to introduce people to.

Home Video - Confession of a Time Traveler

    ohGr - porE

The second in particular makes for an amazing power song for long runs.

I gotta throw 1 more in there...
    Silversun PIckups - Swoon
Album not a song, but it's amazing to run to.. It pretty much created my addiction to running... I put it on since I'm talking about it and now I want to go run at 3 am lol

Love Tool! I like the earlier albums for the aggressive riffs and themes. I like the later albums for the intricate melodies and complexity.

Clutch is one of my favorite bands! Elephant Riders is in my Jeep's CD player right now. I actually was grooving to Green Buckets on the way home from the gym today. I just dig the bass timbre they achieve. The only other band that really comes close to that kind of sound(albeit a bit more low key and less heavy) is Morphine.

   !

Looks like you have a good idea of what kind of music I like, Chic. ;) I visited her myspace and took some time to listen to her other songs. Thank you for posting that video! I'm going to be putting some of her music on my ipod tonight. :)
