Muscle-groups and Max-OT

    Hi!
    I'm not sure whether this question has been answered earlier, because I'm kinda new to this forum and training generally... :o
    I'm planning on trying Max-OT in my weight-training, but I'm not sure if the Max-OT is suitable for all muscle-groups. Can I do the Max-OT on both my lower and upper body workouts? An experts opinion would be great.

    you most certainly can!

    i find legs especially love the 6 reps to failure..
