Muscle Beach

    5/25 and 5/27

    gym
    two times a week

    jogging
    distance 1.5-1.75
    duration ~ 2 hours
    avg bpm ~ 125

    Working out with a buddy on Sundays.
    Each of us made a workout for us to do

    Something looks wrong with the duration. Those must be weekly totals. And the disennce is for 3 days of joggng.

    Yes Mac I have been hitting 2 or 3 times a week. Looking forward to Wimbledon round robin July 7th.

    I have had on and off tennis matches lately. I have signed up for two leagues starting this fall. Both are tentative on if there is room.

    Also I have been hitting the gym relatively often lately as well. I have to decide between the gym and tennis on Sunday morning. Id rather be at tennis but I have a better time at the gym with my friend.
