    Thank you. I forgot to wear underwear because I thought my shorts had a liner. I was feeling a bit chafed.

    Thanks men, solved one problem, here's new ones. The achilles tendon is back, but on the other foot than last time. Also my watch is showing 160 bpm after only about 2 minutes. Avg bpm is telling me to walk it when getting started. Also something I've never had before, hip pains.

    I have had both Achilles and hip issues. I have found some exercises that help with each.

    For the Achilles's

    How to Safely Stretch Your Achilles Tendon

    I found the calf raises on a step to be the most beneficial though the stretching did help.

    For the hip



    This was the best video I could find. It is an army video so they do it in cadence but you can see the exercises. I still do these but I use a rubber band for additional resistance

    My heart rate often spikes around the 3 to 5 minute mark before settling down after a few more minutes. I'm not sure why but I just ignore it when I look at the data

    The achilles is gettrng better. Lnst time having that problem there was a brace made for Achilles problem. Ive been wearing that while exercising and it's soothing and protecting. Also doing some exercises for that.
    I don't have anywhere to do hip exercises The new floors are all tile. No carpet to lie down on. I'll see about getting a mat.
