    7 workouts with the trainer. 3 to go. Leaving for MD around Sept 5.

    Trainer wants 125 for a plan for me to follow after 10 workouts. Drama at the house about that. So not gonna do it.

    What is next? Who knew? Probably go to a previous workout plan I had.

    Oh yeah, all injuries healed at this time.

    No just a messed up system that activates my bowels when I get active. Or poor timing that I need to figure when to run.
