    What I call maintenance running
    duration(depends on distance) 20-35
    distance 1-2.25
    avg bpm ~ 130
    frequency 3 times a week

    Normally a four week cycle, take a few days, then start again on monday

    weekly maintenance running done all 3 days.
    Normally l do 2 days of cross training but I'm in a wrist brace so no go.
    Doing weekly measurements.

    The hand surgeon said not to have surgery, but wear the brace 24/7. I have a return appointment in 14 - 21 days.

    I am resolved to quit competitive tennis. Also no idea how to get into the gym. Wrist pain is arthritis related. No beating that.

    Again I haven't read the forums. I hope to return to participating sometime soon,

    One thing positive is I've started measuring body fat and tape measure numbers.

    Went to the gym on Wednesday. Did my three little exercises and quit. A bit of progress but a tiny one.8

    How's the wrist? Does strength training bother it out does the brace allow you to lift?

    No problem with the wrist. It's amazing but I'm feeling no pain at all. And not wearing a brace!
    The training instructor is careful about stressing my problem spots.

    Drinking my Zinfandel and playing MacDiver 2.0.
