    have worked out a temporary training schedule, a modified version of the first few weeks of couch 2 5k. Next want to start measuring weekly weight and bodyfat.

    back rehab workout

    well had 3 epidurals but not much help. scheduled radiofrequecy lesioning was cancelled, as there is a month to decide to have rfl and if my workouts continue pain free then rfl will be skipped. btw coincidentaly my father is having the same procedure done. He doesn't talk much about it but ill ask him how it goes.
    have a run tonight when the weather cools down.

    What did you injure that you need pain management? You seem to be able to still workout and play tennis. I hope the pain management works.

    My bulging disc in my back had become painful in my right leg. Three epidurals later I can now take the pain without much pain. And the Riadiofrequency Lesioning has been put off.

    Workaround back rehab workout.
    Jogging with new Bose Soundsports wireless earbuds, and running belt to hold my junk.
    The weather isn't great for tennis but after dinner the courts are nice and shaded.

    jogging, working out at the gym, and tennis hittng balls is a lot of work. I have to say the break in activities was a good rest.

    Doing the normal, running, wghts, tennis.

    Tracking diet. Seems pointless because I do nothing wïh the data.

    Weights twice a week doing T-nation routine of back saving workout.

    Jogging.

    Back protected weight training.

    First off two things. One is not doing normal workouts. All lifts being done prevent further back injury. Also add the left wrist to injury prevention exercises.
    Second, the last month has been revolving jogging, strength training, and tennis drills days. I hope to turn things around.
