Have nose problems as in a cold and a bump on the right side that's a pain. No workouts and a bit of tennis

Am back, was feeling bad for a few weeks but now feeling normal. Had to rehab a few body parts. And getting the full treatment from my doctors.
Lost the doubles ladder teammate and had to forfeit all the matches.
Had an x-ray, MRI, and was in an ER for some first aid during our anniversary trip to the Keys.
Major problems with training, tennis, runnng. So no stats.
Should mention my daughter was here for a long weekend including our Passover seder. And she ran a 10Kon Sunday.
Feeling good to finally get caught up with JSF.

Sorry to read about your health issues and am glad that you're feeling better. Nice that you and your wife were able to spend Passover with your daughter.

    Thank you paul

am healing my ailing body. actually jogging for 2.40 miles, time doesn't matter. And waiting for the Pain Management doctor to check my MRI in May.

And tennis is moving ahead. one thing my new Addidas glasses fit and feel better than the Ray-Bans did for night matches.
