    Leftyx, what do the titles of your workouts mean and come from? Not sure if title is the right term; I'm referring to terms like Fitness Now and Endomondo.

    Fitness Now is just the name of the gym so that make sense. And arms and shoulders or leg day is just a workout. endomondo is just the cardio app. endomondo has heart rate display and Runkeeper does not.

    Just curious, how are you measuring BF%, calipers, electronic gizmos, or tape measure?
