    Thank you very much man. My daughter got a clean bill odd health. The disease isn't gone but its under control.

    Don't we all. What I do (sometimes) if I have a longish post is to periodically copy it (CTRL-C) so it resides on my clipboard. I'm on Windows, but I'm sure Mac OS has something equivalent.

    Worked out M, W, F. I put together a combo plan. Part shoulder rehab, part Arnold plan, and part Health For Life plan. First week was a bit shaky. I'll form it up next week.
    Eating is about 90%.

    At the doctors right now. Tonsillitis acting up. This is my second visit for this. Had a. Zpac. Doctor thinks it might not be bacterial. Might be viral.

    Previous numbers are from 9/5/15. I've been busy the last month with travel and stuff. Bicep and thigh I forgot to measure this time. Overall not too bad for almost a month off of training. The last week I've been trying hard to get back into training, but it takes a few weeks to get it dialed in.

    A bit down in the weight and bodyfat%. Good signs.

    This week was a bit lazy in eating. I drank a lot of alcohol as it soothes my tonsillitis.
    I made all my workouts. 2 out of 3 days rehabbing my rotator cuff injury.
    No tennis this week, but I took a 2 mile walk one did.

    Thank you guys. And no more Body Pump. I moved to Florida. Got a new gym. It advertises Body Pump, but they do a plain boot camp.

    Life is well. The coast if cooling off and getting awesome. Still haven't missed a planned workout all summer. I did take a few weeks off for vacation.

    Eating is great. I rarely ever feel the need to eat for comfort. It's all buisiness now. I can't thank my wfe enought for realizing this is a good thing.

    I'll be back with numb3rz in a couple days.

    The only anomaly is the bodyfat%, which went up while waist and weight went down.

    Eating okay this week, I had a lot of alcohol to soothe the tonsillitis.

    Leaving for AZ on Wed, be gone 10 days. I hope my rotator cuff will be rehabbed by then. Playing tennis there on Fri.

    No Numberz next Sat.
