Million Mile Challenge

    Let's go with this: Add everything you've done this week. Don't worry, we've still got miles and miles to go, so there are plenty of opportunities to participate. ;)

    And to others that may be thinking of joining in: Don't forget that we're counting pretty much any form of self-propelled movement (walking, running, cycling, cardio machines, whatever).

    Too bad - I took a week off from the weights last week and spent most of it on my bike. :lol:

    This week (Sun-Wed):

    Jog: 8 miles
    Bike: 11.5 miles

    19.5 subtotal =

    117 miles

    I'm in the same situation as profdlp so I'm going to take Ecrivain's suggestion to him and just add the cardio I've done in the past seven days.

    Running 19.6 and cycling 16.3

    New total = 214.7

    Too bad I can't count the past two weeks because the prior week I rode 261 miles on my bicycle. Since the 7/19 inception of this thread I've run 44 miles and biked 341.5. Use the miles as you deem appropriate. I'll update contemporaneously going forward.
