    no point.

    bw: 142.2 lbs. finally aunt flo is here so this will stay high for a few more days and then drop back to normal levels.

    sleep: 10 hrs.

    nutrition: food was good quality. had a few beers. didn't feel like logging. don't need the weekend points as long as i'm nailing the week days.

    workout:
    bb bp: 70 x 6; 90 x 6; 110 x 3; 125 x 3, 3, 3, 3, 9 (amrap) rep PR; 110 x 10

    energy: good enough to keep up with a 2 year old i was watching all day (again).

    week 3 ended in a pms fun zone.....and knowing my body i'm not slightly concerned. super bloated today and aunt flo can't decide if she's here or not. gotta love being a chick. :crazy::crazy:

    just going to keep on doing what i'm doing. feeling great today and recent pr's in the gym have me feeling confident things are going ideally. onward, baby! :flex:

    rest day. got up early and spent a few hours at the beach before work.

    going back in to work at 7am so will need to make up some sleep the next couple nights. also working at 5am sunday morning so i can get some hours in before we go to the phillies/rays game. we got some great seats from a beer rep so we are stoked on that. biggest priority of the weekend is getting in my workouts.

    nutrition: it's just been protein, fruit and some fajitas so far so i won't have any problem ending up under my goals. going to have a couple beers and some food and crash. back in to work at 5am.

    exact same as last week. aunt flo has finally left town so the next two weeks should have a much better trend.

    no point yesterday. woke up at 5 am (even went to bed before 9 on a saturday night to make sure i got enough sleep) and worked 5 hours. then came home and lifted. the rest of the day involved drinking beer at the phillies/rays game and eating chinese food. went to bed super early since my gf had to be up at 4am this morning and i managed to sleep almost 14 hours!! lol hell yah.

    yesterday's workout:

    short and sweet. my sister was lifting with me and we ran out of time before we needed to get going for the game.

    pretty sure that's the first time i've ever benched 150. i'll have to go back and double check my workout logs from couple years ago, but i definitely have never done more than that. whoop!

    nailing it! feeling strong and nutrition is dialed in on the weekdays. torso starting to lean out a bit. should see the scale weight drop a bit this week i'd guess. heading to the beach for a couple hours before work tomorrow. spent the last couple mornings prepping food and have meals ready for work for the next two weeks.

    Congrats on another PR. Even if it's not, you're damn close.

    As a strong person who is a deadlift queen I think you'll appreciate knowing that dear daughter, who weighs about 120, deadlifted 255 on Monday.
