    yay the forums are back up.

    i hit my 50 points by the end of march!

    i'll just go right back into logging nutrition/workouts but not going to hunt down the macros from last week.

    working a ton so my energy has been so/so. need to start upping my calories a bit.

    played in a disc golf player's league this sunday and took first!

    nutrition was relaxed saturday and sunday. too many beers sat night. but right back at it monday. upped the cals/carbs quite a bit on monday and then going for the slow raise to about 2000-2100 by the end of the week.

    didn't lift for 5 days and got back in the squat rack yesterday. very low volume. energy was just kinda blah. motivation will raise again as i lock it down. pms isn't helping.

    tuesday earned me POINT 54.

    bw: 131.8 lbs.

    nutrition: 1776 cals (179C/55F/149P).

    workout: bsq/dl. low volume.

    energy: ok.

    motivation: medium. nutrition good but low in the weight room.

    can't wait to have a little free time and play around with all the new features. great work!!

    got my food prepped for work lunches today and tomorrow. also got in my mp/pull sesh.

    workout:

    bb mp: 40 x 10; 60 x 8; 80 x 8; 90 x 5, 5; 70 x 10, 10, 10, 10; 60 x 12
    pronated grip pullups: bw x 8, 8, 8, 8

    now off to work. beautiful day here. wish i was headed to the beach!

    my gf has been gone a week and i'm going through major withdrawals. still three whole weeks to go. yuck.

    my sister is due with her first baby any day now. can't wait to meet him!

    dammit fell off the logging wagon this last week. super busy....working a ton. nutrition is still on point and lifting regularly. mp/pull yesterday and squats/stepups today. might log them if i get free time later but we'll see. cals have been about 1900 (besides mon where i ate everything in sight).

    bodyweight was 130.8 today.

    girlfriend has to stay in nashville til may 10. she gets to come home a couple weekdays next week at least.

    sister still hasn't popped out the baby.

    gotta fold laundry and get showered before work. busy, busy.

    so i'm an auntie!!! spent a looooong night and day waiting but my sister had him at 7pm last night. it was at a birthing center and she did it all natural without any drugs. they were home four hours after birth. she's one tough cookie. he's perfect!

    squats this morning and then i'm going to head over there and see what they need.

    bodyweight was 132.4. aunt flo is finally gone and my energy is WAAAAAY better. ready to get back to a bit of normalcy and get the nutrition and lifting back where i feel excellent.

    still lifting regularly and nutrition has been decent. going to move to third shift starting tonight. we are working lots..... 7 days a week. gf is still stuck in nashville. just gettin on.
