    ------------------------------------------------

    workout today before work:

    pronated grip pullups: bw x 10; +5 x 6; +10 x 4, 4, 4
    bb mp: 50 x 10; 60 x 8; 80 x 6; 90 x 5; 100 x 3, 3; 110 x 1; 90 x 4; 80 x 6, 6
    wide grip pullups: bw x 6, 6, 6
    bb mp: 70 x 9, 9, 9

stoked with this workout. felt strong. woo hoo! should be damn close to hitting my mp goal!!

we are working 8 hours both weekend days this week. today's shift is mandatory (trying to hit production quota for the quarter) so a guy who's family has a food truck is bringing us all food. i'm going to go with the general tso's (extra spicy). i will just eat a portion of it and some of the noodles. i cooked a big pan of chicken with mushrooms, onions, peppers, broccoli and squash so i filled a bowl of just the veggies to go with that tonight and i should be able to enjoy dinner with everyone else while easily hitting my macros.

    workout: rest.

    energy: good.

    monday earned me POINT 37.

    bw: 133.4 lbs.

    nutrition: 1855 cals (190C/60F/145P).

    workout: rest.

energy: good. 10 hour shift. worked all weekend. ready for a day off. is it sunday yet?

    motivation: high.

    --------------------------------------------------

    tuesday earned me POINT 38.

    bw: 133.2 lbs.

    nutrition: 1818 cals (180C/54F/162P).

    workout: bsq/dl. logged below.

energy: ok. got very low during first half of work. didn't get enough calories in early in the day. perils of this schedule. :blank:

    motivation: high.

yesterday was the end of my period and hopefully i will transition to feeling like a human again shortly!

    yesterday's workout:

    bb bsq: 110 x 10; 130 x 8; 160 x 4; 185 x 3, 3; 150 x 8, 8; 130 x 10
    bb dl: 200 x 6; 250 x 8, 8

i worked until 2 am the night before this and just got up and had protein in my coffee and a slice of cinnamon raisin toast. then i sipped on some bcaa's during my workout. energy was fine. jumped in the shower and in my rush out the door made a huge pwo smoothie with lots of fruit, protein powder, and cottage cheese...... which would normally hold me over until my first break snack and then dinner at 7:30 but yesterday i could barely function the first half of the shift. exhausted. should of shoved more calories down my throat. lesson learned. good thing i packed a big dinner and felt more human a couple hours after eating that.

happy with that workout. the gf and i slept in all the way til 11:30 this morning (HUGE rarity for her) so i'm well rested and will probably just hang with her in the sun before work today (although i was hoping we could get some eye candy in at the beach since it's spring break :dreamy: ). will bench press tomorrow.

finally the weekend! didn't get home til 3am and to bed until about 5 so i slept in this morning. luckily the rainy weather was perfect for that. i have a bunch of chores around here that need to be done so it's going to be that kind of a day. also have a bsq/dl session to get in and i'm going to roast a turkey we've had in the freezer.

my gf brought home a bunch of corned beef and cabbage st patty's day so the sodium (and fat) have been much higher than normal the last couple days. can't beat free protein tho! :eat:

we are only working 8 hour shifts this week (cutting the ot so that the rest of the shop can catch up with our production). we also only work mon-thurs since good friday is a holiday for us. although this news is a little shitty on the wallet it will be excellent for my energy and general recovery. :tucool:

    workout: bp/pull. logged above.

i'm going to get point 47 today. this weekend the gf and i are both off so i'm going to not worry about logging food and have a few drinks. i'll still keep food reasonable and try to hit close to my macros. then she leaves town for a month on tuesday so it'll be a great month for eating precisely what i want. lol

that gives me four days next week to get the three points i need to finish the month with 50.

went ahead and took measurements today so i don't have to be bothered with that this weekend.

    measurement check in-

    january 27-

    bodyweight - 135.8 lbs
    belly measurement widest - 33.75"
    waist smallest - 28.75"

    february 27-

    bodyweight - 132.6 lbs
    belly measurement widest - 32.5"
    waist smallest - 28.25"

    march 25-

    bodyweight - 131.8 lbs
    belly measurement widest - 32.125"
    waist smallest - 27.75"

............ so i'm pretty happy with that progress. slow and steady. definitely getting leaner and stronger. energy has been pretty good and i've done a great job at getting in a variety of nutrients. killing it so far in 2016. :D

i will probably up the calories this weekend and then take them back to the 1800-2000 range for mon-thursday. then i plan to use april to play a bit with reverse dieting and see where i can get my calories/carbs and still maintain. upping the calories the last couple days has actually got the scale to drop and i feel a bit better but i'm pretty sure i have some room to get the calorie intake up a bit. :tucool:

i'm also going to edit my signature to reflect where my current 2016 pr's are for my strength goals and then will edit them as they get closer and hit the goals.

time to cook and get in some OT.

    You are killing this.

Your strength always amazes me. We weigh about the same and I am no where near you on any of those lifts.

Will you be able to make it to Vegas in September? It won't be the same without you...
