    worked until 2am tuesday night and then had to swing by the store for some groceries so it was a 4am bedtime. i got up at 11am but had to seriously rush my ass off to get food cooked, laundry done, and a workout in before work. i was hoping for more volume but the clock was just not on my side. calf swole up decent after the bsq/dl session but was alrighty after some ice.

    tuesday earned me POINT 21.

    bw: 133.8 lbs.

    nutrition: 1753 cals (148C/73F/148P).

    workout: rest.

    energy: good.

    motivation: high.

    went out with a couple coworkers after our overtime shift and had 2 pints. need to make sure that doesn't become a habit though.

    so the scale is just hovering around between 132-134. i'm seeing significant signs i'm leaning out though so i'm not gonna spend a minute fretting it. going to keep calories where they are... maybe even raise them a tad..... and rock out the next week.

    going to work some overtime tomorrow (after all 10 hour shifts this week, and not having a day off in awhile). pretty sure we are not working sunday (if this changes i'll take that shift too). then just have to keep everything dialed in until thursday. we are flying up to nashville friday to meet some friends for their birthday weekend. i'm planning on lots of food and too many beers. it'll be great for the soul. :D most important aspect of the trip will be to dive right back in to tracking and logging when we get back. fly back in monday and then have to work that night so i expect myself to be right back on here tuesday.

    tomorrow i'll do a weigh in/measurement to compare to the one i took on the 27th of last month.

    working all these extra hours are making my schedule really tight and once again i had to cut my lifting a little short yesterday. still got in the pressing but had to cut my rowing short. at least i get a lot of pulling in at work and i'll do some more pullups after deads tomorrow.

    got home from work about 1am and had to be back in the car and headed back there by 6am so of course i only managed to get 3-4 hours of tossing, looking at the clock sleep. regardless i felt great and had excellent energy for the five hour shift this morning. then i came home, got an hour relaxing in the sun n the bikini, then got a 4 hour nap.

    calories were low yesterday simply because i forced myself to rush to bed last night instead of eating. i'll probably make up for it tomorrow. :eat:

    weight this morning was 133.8 but weight after my second sleep and wake up was 131.4. this makes it really confusing for my 27th of the month weigh in lol so i'm just going to use the average and call my scale weight 132.6.

    strength has went up and energy has been good all month. progress looks great. will definitely slow down moving forward since i dropped that initial fluff....but i'm ready to make it happen! :tucool:

    energy: just ok. had to force myself to lift.

    motivation: high.

    well no point for yesterday. already hit my goal of 25 points this month (and will surpass it after today) so i figured a higher day with a few extra drinks would be a great way to spend my first day off in awhile.

    woke up feeling great today. scale was only up to 131.8 lbs so i consider this weekend a success.

    need to cook and get laundry going this morning. bench and pullup day and hopefully some sun time. :D

    so i ended the month of february with 26 out of 29 points. this surpassed my goal of 25 pts. month was definitely a success.

    going to continue the point system for march. goal is to have 50 strong points by the end of march. with a four day trip coming up this weekend i don't plan to have a point on any of them so it'll take a serious commitment the rest of the month.
