Max OT question

    i am confused about the 'warm up' for Max OT....

    I understand the warm up, 12 reps, 10 reps, 6 reps, 3 reps, 1 rep, then 2 to 3 'heavy sets'....

    however, is this for every exercise or, only for your first exercise?

    example, tonight is:

    Flat Barbell Bench Press
    Incline Dumbbell
    Bench Press
    Weighted Dips

    so would I only do the warm up for barbell bench press? or would I do the warm up for everything?

    Just before the first exercise for each muscle group.

    Thank you! I just started, tonight is night #3, and I am running out of body parts that don't hurt. :D

    I found MAX-OT to be a very solid strength building program. Have fun!
