Max OT - did I miss something

    Are there any guidelines for what weight to use during your warmup sets? (percent of heavy set maybe?)

    the example in the pdf uses the 275 max bench example I believe...

    just do the math and figure out the percentages.

    If I remember correctly, I think it is something like this:

    50% x 12
    50% x 10
    67% x 6
    75% x 3
    90% x 1

    105% x 4-6 reps x 3 sets
