March 19th thru 25th Perfection Challenge

    I think I was overzealous in my 56 day challenge. I need to start small and build on that. I think I can do a week of perfect diet and exercise. Anyone is welcome to join.

    Rules: Must be perfect the WHOLE 7 days. No excuses! (starts Monday and goes thru Sunday)

    This is going to be especially tough for me as I've seriously fallen off the wagon lately.

    I will join. When you say "perfection" are you talking about diet or training? or both?

    For Monday: Diet was perfect and I also did my strength training.
    Day 1

    Monday was good for me as well. I completed my cardio and weight training and my diet was in order. Today is going really good. More info tomorrow.

    For Tuesay (Day 2): It was a scheduled rest day and I just barely made it with my diet. I really wanted that slice of cinnamon toast. That's all for yesterday.

    For Wednesday (Day 3): I got my cardio in and ate what I was supposed to. I was running on about 1 or 2 hours sleep yesterday so it was weird. I have my last final in about an hour and then I can take a break from school for about a week.:tucool:

    For Friday (Day 5): Did weight training and stuck to diet.

    Hey, thanks George. I actually didn't think I was going to make it.

    For Sunday (Day 7): Did my cardio and stuck to diet.

    Well, that's the end of this challenge.:tucool:
