And you'll soon work out that I can be gullible at times :) *sigh

Ah yes, "gullible", that famous word that got missed out when they first published the dictionary.

Three days of rest now! DOMS in my biceps again from yesterday, which is excellent.

I was thinking about changing my routine to a A, B, C type spread over 4 days each week, but I've decided I'm too old now for that sort of punishment. It would mean that I'd be Deadlifting again today having had three full days off, but my traps are still a little sore from last Thursday. No chance!

Haha, well not exactly :) I was just thinking that you could spread your workouts over 4 days and alter the type of deadlift you do so that you're working different muscles, or skip the deadlifts altogether on certain sessions.

I just realised that your traps would likely be taking punishment with all types of deadlift, so feel free to ignore everything I wrote about deadlifts ..but feel free to ignore all of my nonsense if you like :)

From looking at your photos GG I can't quite believe how old / young you are (depending on how you're looking at it)! Here's a pic of me 2.5 years ago with a very long neck!?! I must admit I did feel very young at the time! Like you, after the cut I couldn't stop eating for about 3 months. Not much use really. I was 39.

Just the fact that I was totally unable to control my eating after my cut! :( My stomach just felt like a bottomless pit that I could just shove endless amounts of food into.

I thought you might have meant at 39 :) ..I've had spells of constant eating in the past too. Believe it or not, that's because I've felt so cold. I seem to eat when I'm cold. :)

AK.......If you were able to get that lean before you can do it again. And WOW!..........that was ripped! KUDOS!
After my contest I probably binged on sugar for about 8 or 9 months and then I just got sick of it and wanted to clean up my diet. Working with Aram I am learning the proper and effective way get lean and mean. However, I have to admit I am still a bit scared of another rebound after my contest.

As far as not looking my age, I have been blessed with a few good genes. Everyone in my family looks young. I'm very thankful for that.

Check out this short video. You'll shit when you see how old she is! She is a HUGE inspiration for me.
