Holy crap! I don't know if I'll ever be able to squat more than my weight although I never really thought about. You go AK.

You are teaching your kids the art of discipline for which they will thank you greatly later in life. Yeah, I'm never late. I detest being late. It's a type A personality. I may die of a heart attack someday but I'll be in great shape.:)

Feeling very "not hungry" at the moment after a very busy day - need to wind down and get two more meals in before bed.

I've a new business meeting tomorrow and I've just looked up the address to find it's in the middle of the BBC's HQ! No idea what that's all about and will need to speak to them first thing to find out where to go.

    TODAY - BACK & TRAPS

    Deadlifts: 4 x 12 x 112.5kg (PB) (Pulled off 7 - failed on 8) :bb:

    (SP) Pull Ups: 4 x 10 (ish)
(SP) Lat Pull Down (wide grip): 4 x 12 x 35kg (5kg up on last week)

    (SP) Shrug: 4 x 12 x 98.5kg (+4kg on last week)
    (SP) Upward Row: 4 x 12 x 28.5kg

I didn't feel like it but I got the job done with a new PB on the deads!

My bulking diet failed today - I've been really struggling to eat all my planned meals the last few days - I just haven't been particulary hungry - I think a lot of it is nevous excitement from my business.

Looks like your business is going well :) I've been following your other journal. Maybe you could leave reminders for yourself to eat, rather than waiting till you're hungry as it'd be a pity to undo your good work so far.
Also, well done on the pb :)

Thanks Sudy! Unfortunately it's more a question of just not feeling even remotely hungry. I've been on track so far today but I am struggling.

    TODAY - CHEST & TRICEPS

    Bench Press: 4 x 12 x 70kg (PB) (6 on the last) :bb:
    Dips: 4 x 12
    Inclined Bench Press (Dumbells) 4 x 12 x 37kg
    Closed Grip Bench Press: 4 x 12 x 40kg (2.5kg on last week)
    Tricep Curl: 4 x 12 x 22kg (up 1kg on last week)

I really didn't feel like it but I got the job done with bloody interruptions from wife on phone and kids eating food!!!

    TODAY - LEGS

    Squats: 4 x 12 x 90kg (PB) (198.4lbs) (43lbs more than body weight) - 7 on the last - failed on the 8th :bb:

    Standing Calf Raise: 4 x 15 x 127kg (EVERY SINGLE PLATE I'VE GOT!)

    Leg Extensions: 4 x 12 x 60kg

    Reverse Leg Extensions: 4 x 12 x 36.5kg (up 1.25kg on last week)

Just short of a 200lb Squat and very nearly 1.5 times my body weight. I'm not planning to crack it next week (I'll keep the weights the same and see if I can go to 10 on the last) but will have a go the week after.

What if you did a protein shake when you don't feel hungry? That's a good way to get in the calories without having to really eat per say.

Looking good on your lifts. I want to see a picture with you in that shade of green and busting out of your shirt.

That pic of me in my signature was taken only last week when I ran out of protein powder, speaking of which, I'm apparently only supposed to have a max of 3 protein shakes a day else I'd def agree with you.

Btw, we have snow in London! :burr::burr::burr::burr::burr::burr::burr::burr::burr::burr::help:

Todays Weight 157lbs (+1lb since last week)

    TODAY - ARMS & ABS

    Alternate Hammer Curl: 4 x 12 x 12.5kg (on each)

    (SuperSet) Preacher Curl: 4 x 12 x 20kg (+2.5kg on last week)
    (SuperSet) Closed Grip Preacher Curl: 4 x 12 x 20kg (+2.5kg on last week)
    Standing EZ Reverse Curl: 4 x 12 x 37.5kg

    Abs: 4 x 12 x 41.25kg

Well I was 155lbs yesterday and 157lbs today. No idea why but at least I am still going in the right direction. No planned changes to my diet.

Another week done and dusted! Three days of rest coming up to start again on Thursday. My shoulder is feeling much better, so much so that I've only just remembered it was injured.

Congrats on the weight gain. I don't seem to be able to do that. You'll be hulking out at 160 in no time.

It certainly doesn't seem to be easy to be very active, eat clean and still put on weight. Over the last couple of weeks I've been thinking about going on a cut, just because I was sick of eating my set meal plan when I didn't feel like it. Hopefully I'll be able to keep pushing through until 1st April.

I'm going to knock of 600 calories a day for the next three days, just to give my stomach a break!

Hey, how is the -600cals days going? Changing some of the foods you're eating on a daily basis wouldn't help?

My eldest son fell ill the last couple of days making training harder than usual, so it felt like a good time to take that week off I'd been promising myself. I'm on maintenance diet whilst tyring to eat as little protein as possible.

    Today's weight 154lbs.
