Lose 20 pounds with Gravityhomer, mind

    Ok new low body weight off 166.2

    total starting weight 175

    total loss 8.8 lbs

    Turns out I've been eating a bit too many calories the past month.

    Fitday.com pegged me at 4000 average burned per day with exercise and all....but that is without sleep.

    Now, using different numbers...I'm looking at 3000 average burned per day....and 2400 needed for weight loss.

    Hopefully it'll all work better.

    Not as good as I hoped for this week..I blame it on pretty much pigging out last Sunday night at my brother's. Took me 3 days to recover from it weight wise.

    Still stuck at 223-225. My weight is never consistent.

    Finally got over the hump I've had the past month.

    220 as of this morning.

    Very happy with my results.

    Anybody still up for this? Sorry I disappeared, I got pissed that I just kept posting about how I was going nowhere. So I stopped posting to focus and told myself I wouldn't post again until I dropped below 180. Well I've been dancing right around the 180 point this past week and dropped below several times. So I decided I could post again.

    I guess i'm just over halfway in this challenge. Started at 191, I'm now at 180. what's everyone else doing?

    I've been slacking a bit lately in terms of weight loss in the past month or so myself, though I've made pretty good fitness improvements in regards to my running times. Now that I don't have any more races in the very near future, I'm going to return my focus back to dropping some pounds.
