UPDATE: December 1st weight - 218.3lbs December 23rd weight - 203.3lbs January 3rd weight - 202.4lbs January 5th weight - 199.2lbs January 11th weight - 195.6lbs Well I've passed the 20lb mark already but i'm going for 30lbs for febuary 1st should be easy.
I'm a little late to the party, but I'll post my numbers this evening. Currently on day 10 of my phase so I have some work to do. Do you have a layout of your setup somewhere, David87? You were about the same starting weight as myself and those numbers seem to be fantastic. Wouldn't mind some pointers.
Well Charger I'm no pro or anything I try to read up on what i can but I eat 5 meals a days all with protein carbs and healthy fats. You should try to eat 500 under maintenance calories. You can find a calculator if you just google it. I'm probably guilty of eating a little bit less then I should and I am working on correcting that now so I wont lose to much muscle while I cut. I eat things like oatmeal, egg beaters, whey, chicken breast, veggies etc. I'm sure someone else can add to this. Hope it helps!
Hey as long as it's working, right? I'm down between 7-10lbs (depending on which scale) since the 1st of the year. I won't complain about the loss so far, especially because I'm working with weights as well. Jan 1st: 220 Jan 10th: 213
7-10 lbs is 10 days is awesome progress cant ask for better without most of it being muscle loss. Just have to keep at it and you will reach your goal in no time.
Today's Update: Start Weight: 231.5 lbs. Today's Weight: 217.8 lbs. Total Change: 13.7 lbs. Goal: 211.5 lbs To Go: 6.3 lbs. & 2 weeks, 4 days I just finished a two day re-feed(although the second day was more sloppy than I usually like), and had a solid day at the gym. I am pretty sure that I will drop 3-5 pounds this week if I stay on the path I have been on(it may rain water weight in my house). That basically means I am on track to hit this challenge right at the end. This is going to be nice timing. I am thinking about competing in a squat meet and this will put me in a lower weight class. I have not lost any strength on my squats and have been consistently(albeit slowly) adding pounds to my deads and most of my assistance lifts. I did have to add in some M/HIIT 2 or 3 days a week to get past my 2 month plateau, but It has been fun and I think I'll be keeping it in the works for a while. Much more challenging and entertaining to me than LISS or even endurance training for cardio. Where is everybody else?
Thought I'd chime in here, this morning I was 219.2 lbs, I started at 234.9 so that's a difference of 15.7 lbs, so I only have another 4.3 to go before I complete this challenge, and I have 17 days in which to lose it , hehe.
Start Weight: 231.5 lbs. Today's Weight: 215.8 lbs. Total Change: 15.7 lbs. Goal: 211.5 lbs To Go: 4.3 lbs. & 4 days Oi. Don't see this happening. Pretty close, though...
I'm with ya dude. I got 4.8lbs to go myself. Don't fret if you don't make it though, your numbers look great.
Never officially entered....but here is mine: Sat Nov 26 -> 238 Sat Feb 03 -> 207 Then this Saturday...204....
