Lose 15 Lbs in July

    Anyone up for a month long challange to lose 3.75 lbs per week?

    If you are like me and have just started recently (I am down 10 lbs since May and at about 26.4% BF) losing 3.75 lbs per week shouldn't out of range or include much muscle loss if done right.

    I am at 6' 2" and 237-238 lbs. Losing 15 lbs, while probably putting on 2 lbs of muscle, I would be at 20.5% bodyfat.

    I will be posting several times a week with my diet, exercise and progress.

    I may post a pic later as well.

    All are welcome.

    im up for this!

    Im 164Lbs

    Not sure 15LBs is a realistic goal for me but anything near 10Lbs this month would be AWESOME!

    We all know if we are strict and we do the work we get fast results.. so lets get cracking!

    Sounds good. I went to my group excercise class this morning and will all four days this week, July 4th is off but i will do something on my own.

    I want to be at or below 234 next monday morning.
