Just wondering if there was one nutritional book or guide out there that was head and shoulders above anything else on the market. Just looking for something to help me "learn" how the body uses food, macros, etc. Thanks!

I heard "Girth Control" by Alan Aragon was pretty good.

Was mentioned here by Mastover.....I looked up the reviews on it and it seems to be well recommended.

Mastover would never steer us wrong, anyhow......

I HIGHLY recommend "Fitness Confidential" by Vinnie Tortorich. Doesn't really read like a nutrition book, but it's really helpful.
